Ideas Exchange along with Kroll, world’s leading risk consulting company, recently organized a workshop during the Corporate Risk Management and Compliance Congress in Mumbai. The workshop focused on “Why reputation management is important for brands and corporates, how the interaction of legal, factual and communications is critical ...for the same”. Nitin Mantri CEO Avian Media, the only representative from Public Relations Industry, spoke on need of reputation management through Public Relations: a balance between short term (containment of the issue) and long term (reputation recovery) for a brand/corporate.
